The original Bayonetta voice actor Hellena Taylor claims PlatinumGames didn't pay her a decent wage for the forthcoming Switch exclusive and left a message for fans to boycott PlatinumGames.

Bayonetta 3 Features, Character And Release Date

Bayonetta 3 just released video of his character viola. It's been in development for two years and it's still early in production, so there isn't much information about what you'll find in the game yet.

Bayonetta 3 will be released on October 28, 2022, on Nintendo Switch.

However, we know that Viola will use her Sienna Sigils to perform Witch Time but she's very different from Bayonetta.

Bayonetta is the first game in the series to be developed exclusively for the Switch. The game takes place between Bayonetta 2 and its sequel, which are both set in a fictionalized version of Purgatory where angels and demons are fighting each other over territory.

Bayonetta 2 was released on Wii U and Xbox One. The Switch is a hybrid console that can be played on a TV or handheld; it's also compatible with many other consoles like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One via dockable controllers (which don't require batteries).

Bayonetta 3 Will Feature An Entirely New Story And More Playable Characters Than Ever Before.

The Game Is Set In A Fantastical World Called Fimbulventr, Where Humans And Angels Coexist.

Fimbulventr is the Norse word for "the land of perpetual snow". It's an alternate world to ours, where humans and angels coexist. The game's setting is a frozen wasteland that has been in ruins since it was destroyed by angels over 300 years ago.

The Umbra are human beings who live in Fimbulventr with their angelic counterparts, called Lumen. The Lumen were created by demons who came from Hell to take over this world and they've been taking over ever since.

The Umbra/Lumen relationship can be broken down into two distinct types: human beings (Umbra) and demonic creatures (Lumen).

The Game Has Been In Development For Two Years And It's Still Early In Production.

Bayonetta 3 is being developed by Platinum Games, the team that created the two previous entries in the series. It's a sequel to 2012's Bayonetta and 2013's Bayonetta 2, which were both released exclusively for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game will be available for Nintendo Switch (and PC), so you can play it on your TV or handheld device if you want to get in on all those fancy new features like HD Rumble support and Joy-Con motion controls.

The game has been in development for two years now at least according to an interview with director Hideki Kamiya who said he was "working very hard" on it when we spoke last year. He also said they weren't sure when they could announce anything about it because there were still so many things he wanted them time before they could release any details publicly.

Viola Will Perform Witch Time

In the third game, Viola will use her Sienna Sigils to perform Witch Time, but she's very different from Bayonetta. She is a witch-in-training and uses a staff to fight, which makes sense since witches have been associated with magic for centuries. She can summon demons at will, as well as use their powers against enemies in combat.

However there are some key differences between the two characters: While Bayonetta had guns at her disposal throughout the first two games of their respective series (she used them both times) Viola has no weapons whatsoever,  she only fights using magic.

Viola Uses A Staff And Can Summon Demons With It, But She Doesn't Have Guns Like Bayonetta Does.

Viola is a new character who has a staff instead of guns. She's also a witch in training and uses it to summon demons with her staff.

Bayonetta 3 will be nothing like its predecessors.

Bayonetta 3 will be nothing like its predecessors. It's more like Bayonetta 1 than 2, and a lot like the first game.

The story of Bayonetta 3 is based on the events of both games, but it's also completely original, there are no direct references to any previous installments in the series. As such, it offers something for players who have never played any other titles before: an opportunity to jump into this universe without having to worry about being familiar with all its details or backstory from prior releases.
